WW GRILLED NUGGETS

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the grill)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
    • Add the chicken nuggets to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly.
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with the olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the Chicken Nuggets:
    • Thread the marinated chicken nuggets onto skewers if desired or simply place them directly on the grill.
    • Grill the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they’re fully cooked and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve:
    • Remove the chicken nuggets from the grill and serve hot.
