WW GRILLED NUGGETS
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the grill)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Add the chicken nuggets to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with the olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Chicken Nuggets:
- Thread the marinated chicken nuggets onto skewers if desired or simply place them directly on the grill.
- Grill the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they’re fully cooked and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Remove the chicken nuggets from the grill and serve hot.
