- Assemble the Casserole:
- In a large casserole dish, spread the seasoned meat mixture evenly.
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Add a layer of black beans, followed by a layer of corn kernels.
- Top with Salsa and Cheese:
- Spread a layer of salsa over the beans and corn.
- Sprinkle shredded reduced-fat cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the Oven:
- Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
