  5. Assemble the Casserole:
    • In a large casserole dish, spread the seasoned meat mixture evenly.
  6. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Add a layer of black beans, followed by a layer of corn kernels.
  7. Top with Salsa and Cheese:
    • Spread a layer of salsa over the beans and corn.
    • Sprinkle shredded reduced-fat cheese evenly over the top.
