Garlic Butter Finish
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add potatoes and garlic cloves.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes until fork tender.
- Drain completely.
- Mash potatoes until smooth.
- Mix in butter, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and keep warm.
Step 2: Season the Steak
In a bowl combine:
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne
- Salt
- Black pepper
