Loaded Zucchini Bake

Ingredients

  • 4-6 small sweet peppers (about 1 pound)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I used cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Spray a baking dish or air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  2. Slice zucchini into rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange them in a single layer in the prepared dish or basket. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

  3. Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions, distributing them evenly over the zucchini slices.
