INGREDIENTS
- 1 Can Palmini linguine noodles rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- ¼ C. White cooking wine
- ½ Onion chopped
- 2 C. Spinach raw
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Rub the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder over the salmon, as well as a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes until completely done.
- Let cool and then flake the salmon into pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
- Add in the onions and saute until tender.
- Stir in the garlic and saute 3 more minutes.
- Add in the palmini noodles and saute for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the white cooking wine and cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the spinach until wilted.
- Stir in the flaked salmon and serve.
