📝 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 slices thick-cut bread (Texas toast, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp softened butter (or olive oil spray)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
