Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 ounces) Jello pudding mix (sugar-free cheesecake flavor recommended)
1 cup cold milk (skim or low-fat recommended)
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (sugar-free or regular, as per preference)
1 prepared graham cracker crust (if making a pie)

Instructions:
