Instructions:
- Prepare the Spicy Coating:
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, ground thyme, basil, oregano, celery salt, black pepper, mustard powder, paprika, garlic salt, ground ginger, white pepper, and Accent flavor (MSG).
- Coat the Cauliflower:
- Dredge the cauliflower florets in the spice blend, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Heat the Oil:
- In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Cauliflower:
- Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch. Make sure not to overcrowd the fryer.
- Drain and Serve:
- Remove the fried cauliflower wings and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
