- 1 can (14β15 oz) salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- Β½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray

- Mix salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
