  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley 🌿
  • Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂

🍽️ Instructions:

👉 For the Air Fryer Salmon Meatballs:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. 🔥
  2. In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped — don’t over-blend! 🌀
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1.5 inches each). You should get around 12–14 balls. 🧆
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or use a parchment liner.
  6. Place meatballs in a single layer (don’t overcrowd!). You may need to cook in batches. 🍥
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. Internal temp should reach 145°F (63°C). 🌡️

👉 For the Avocado Sauce:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and herbs until smooth and creamy. 🥄
  2. Add a splash of water if needed to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. 💚

🥗 How to Serve:

Serve warm meatballs with a generous drizzle of the creamy avocado sauce or use it as a dip. Perfect with a side salad, in a grain bowl, or wrapped in lettuce for a low-carb option! 🥬🍚🌯
