🍽️ Instructions:
👉 For the Air Fryer Salmon Meatballs:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. 🔥
- In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped — don’t over-blend! 🌀
- In a mixing bowl, combine salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1.5 inches each). You should get around 12–14 balls. 🧆
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or use a parchment liner.
- Place meatballs in a single layer (don’t overcrowd!). You may need to cook in batches. 🍥
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. Internal temp should reach 145°F (63°C). 🌡️
👉 For the Avocado Sauce:
- In a blender or food processor, blend avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and herbs until smooth and creamy. 🥄
- Add a splash of water if needed to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. 💚
