Garlic Butter Finish

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and garlic cloves.
  3. Cook for 15–20 minutes until fork tender.
  4. Drain completely.
  5. Mash potatoes until smooth.
  6. Mix in butter, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cover and keep warm.

Step 2: Season the Steak

In a bowl combine:

  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Cayenne
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Coat steak pieces evenly and let sit for 15 minutes.
