Zero-Point Hashbrown and Sausage Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey or chicken
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns (no oil added, plain)
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (as a substitute for cream cheese)
- 1 cup self-rising flour (instead of Bisquick)
- 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cooking spray (light mist, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly mist it with cooking spray.
