WW ZIPPY ZERO POINT BROWNIES
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, unsweetened applesauce, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the baking powder, followed by the non-fat Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
Add the old-fashioned oats and continue to mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy.
These brownies are naturally sweetened by the ripe banana and have no added sugar, which makes them suitable for WW as zero-point treats. Keep in mind that the specific ingredients you use, such as the brand of non-fat Greek yogurt, may affect the point value slightly, so calculate the points based on your plan and ingredients. Enjoy your guilt-free Zippy Zero Point Brownies!
