Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:

- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter, olive oil (or coconut oil), almond milk (or coconut milk), and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. The mixture will resemble a thick batter.
- Transfer to Loaf Pan:
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
- Cool:
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
