• 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard-sized loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter, olive oil (or coconut oil), almond milk (or coconut milk), and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. The mixture will resemble a thick batter.
  5. Transfer to Loaf Pan:
    • Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
  7. Cool:
    • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and Serve:
    • Once completely cooled, slice and serve. This bread is excellent for sandwiches, toasting, or as a side.

  • Store the bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
  • You can customize the flavor by adding herbs, seeds, or spices to the dry ingredients.
  • Toast slices for a slightly crisp texture.
