1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute (such as Swerve Confectioners)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

For the Loaf:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or coat it with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, granulated sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, plain non-fat Greek yogurt, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the fresh or frozen cranberries until evenly distributed in the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

In a separate bowl, beat together the softened fat-free cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the batter in the loaf pan.
Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese into the batter to create a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
