- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Wet Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, chickpea flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, fennel seeds, dried thyme, dried sage, red pepper flakes, and salt.
