Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the nutritional yeast, vegan Parmesan cheese (if using), dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
