- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Water
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Spirulina Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Crushed Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Flax Seed
- 1/2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
Instructions
- Cook the Oats: In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and stir in the rolled oats. Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the water is absorbed (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add Spirulina: Once the oats are cooked, stir in a pinch of spirulina powder until fully incorporated.
- Mix in Seeds and Nuts: Add the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, flax seed, and raisins. Stir well to combine.
- Sweeten: Drizzle the maple syrup over the oatmeal and stir to mix.
- Top with Almond Butter: Scoop the almond butter on top of the oatmeal.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy with a cup of 50/50 English breakfast/matte tea.
