°3 pounds red potatoes, halved

°2 tablespoons olive oil

°5 minced garlic cloves

°1 teaspoon dried thyme

°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

°1/2 teaspoon dried basil

°1/3 cup grated parmesan

°salt and ground black pepper, to taste

°2 tsp unsalted butter

°2 teaspoons chopped parsley leaves

*How to make:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove the baking sheet and coat the bottom with nonstick spray or grease the bottom with a flat layer In a bowl, add halved potatoes, then add the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil and parmesan in the bowl

 Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and coat completely Arrange the fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet, start by setting the potato skins aside until until the fries are slightly crisp, place the baking tray in the oven as well and cook for about 25-30 minutes 

Turn over halfway through cooking To ensure that half of potatoes are golden brown, melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave for 1 minute.
