Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat to 325°F (160°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Make the Crust:
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted light butter, and brown sugar until combined.
- Divide evenly among muffin cups (~1 tbsp per cup) and press down firmly.
- Make the Filling:
