Low-Point Butter Swim Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and salt.
Add the melted unsalted butter, non-fat Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form biscuits. Leave some space between each biscuit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
