Ingredients:-
- 24 ounces Frozen Peas thawed
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 6 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions:-
- In a large bowl, combine thawed peas and mayo.
- Add onion, bacon and cheese. Stir well so that everything is evenly mixed and coated.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Garnish with additional bacon crumbles, if desired.
