  • 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas (such as almond flour or coconut flour tortillas)
  • Optional toppings: sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, diced onions, sliced mushrooms, fresh basil leaves


  1. Cook Meat:
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or Italian sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Prepare Taco Shells:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the low-carb tortillas over the oven racks to form taco shell shapes. Bake for 5-7 minutes until they are crisp and hold their shape. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  3. Assemble Tacos:
    • Spread a tablespoon of low-carb pizza sauce onto each taco shell. Divide the cooked meat evenly among the taco shells.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat in each taco shell.
    • Top each taco with sliced pepperoni and diced cooked bacon.
  4. Add Optional Toppings:
    • If desired, add sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, diced onions, sliced mushrooms, or fresh basil leaves on top of the tacos.
