Lightened-Up No-Bake Banana Split Dessert (Weight Watchers Friendly)

6 tablespoons light butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (use reduced-fat graham crackers for fewer points)
1 (8 oz) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in 100% juice, drained
1 (16 ounce) container light Cool Whip or 1 1/2 cups fat-free whipped topping
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Light chocolate syrup for drizzling (choose a sugar-free, low-point option if desired)

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted light butter.
Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 glass or porcelain dish. Let it chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.
In a medium bowl, cream together the fat-free cream cheese, 1/4 cup of softened light butter, and powdered sugar until creamy (about 5 minutes). Don’t be tempted to add milk; it will take a few minutes, but the mixture will blend up perfectly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the banana layer.
Evenly spread the light Cool Whip over the pineapple-banana layer using a rubber spatula.
Garnish with the chopped nuts (if desired) and drizzle with light chocolate syrup (choose a Weight Watchers-friendly option or use it sparingly).
Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles (if desired).
Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting to allow the layers to set.
