  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ C. Chicken broth
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste, and cook in the heated oil until done. Remove and set aside.
