INGREDIENTS:
shredded mozzarella1/2 c.
finely ground almond flour2 tbsp.
cream cheese1 tbsp.
garlic powder1 tsp.
baking powder
Kosher salt 1
large egg 1 tbsp.
butter, melted1
clove garlic, minced1 tbsp.
freshly chopped parsley1 tbsp.
freshly grated Parmesan
Marinara, warmed, for serving
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, and a large pinch of salt. Microwave on high until cheeses are melted, about 1 minute. Stir in egg.
- Shape dough into a ½”-thick oval on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush mixture over top of bread.
- Bake until golden, 15 to 17 minutes. Slice and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

How much baking powder? How much salt and butter and grated parmasan? What kind of recipe is this? Someone above asked how much almost two years ago and the recipe is not corrected? Please correct it. It’s useless without amounts.

I think your recipe printed amounts wrong. I’m not sure how much shredded mozzarella is required,but I’m guessing it’s 1/2 almond flour, 2 tbsp cream cheese, etc. Am I correct?
