Hi I wanted to share with you all the recipe for egg loaf. It is so delicious and easy to make! It tastes like French toast! I hate cooking but this is something even I can handle. (Sorry I forgot to take the pic before I started eating it).

8 eggs

1 block room temperature cream cheese

1/2 stick of butter (room temperature or melted)

Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)

Put all ingredients into blender and blend it. Put the mixture into a greased 9×9 pan. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

It will puff up a lot while it is baking. Then settle down when it cools. To make sure its done stick a butter knife or toothpick in the middle, it should come out clean. I eat it with sugar free syrup, and sometimes add berries and whipped cream.
