Bread Ingredients:
¼ cup sweetener
¼ cup butter softened
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup heavy cream
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Swirl Ingredients:
¼ cup sweetener
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Mix in small cup and set aside.
Icing (optional)
4 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp heavy cream
Preheat oven 350°
Beat butter, eggs, and ¼ cup sweetener.
Add heavy cream and mix.
Add vanilla, almond flour, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
Put ½ of the bread mixture in the loaf pan. Sprinkle ¾ of the swirl mix on top all over. Then top with remaining bread mixture.
Add the rest of the swirl mix on top and bake for 30-40 mins.
Let Bread sit in pan and cool off for 15 mins.
Make Icing and pour over the cooled bread.
