Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut for added texture (make sure they fit your keto diet)

Instructions:

  1. Melt Coconut Oil: In a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil until it becomes a liquid.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Optional Ingredients: If you want to add some texture to your chocolate sticks, mix in chopped nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
  4. Pour into Molds: Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds. You can use ice cube trays, candy molds, or any other mold of your choice. This will shape your chocolate sticks.
  5. Chill: Place the molds in the refrigerator or freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify. This typically takes a couple of hours.
  6. Remove from Molds: Once the chocolate sticks are completely solid, remove them from the molds. If you find it challenging, you can briefly run the bottom of the molds under warm water to loosen the chocolate.
  7. Enjoy: Your keto chocolate sticks are ready to be enjoyed! Store them in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
