Keto Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup keto sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, keto sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
