1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is set.

Serve hot and enjoy!
