Ingredients:
Garlic cloves: 2.
Butter: 3 tbsp.
Sea scallops: 1 pound.
Lemon juice: 2 tsp.
White wine: 1 tbsp.
Salt.
Heavy cream: 3 tbsp.
Instructions:
Wash the scallops and dry them with paper.
Add pepper for seasoning.
Take the time to bring the air to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scallops are in the air fryer basket or tray for cooking.
Scallops are air-fried for a few minutes, rotating them in their entirety at temperatures of 400 degrees.
If necessary, sauté the remaining scallops once more.
