1 pound of ground beef
3 ounces of cream cheese
Half a cup of beef broth
Half a cup of heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons of brags Aminos
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Two cans of green beans drained
3/4 cup of cheddar cheese
Half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of pepper
Preheat oven to 350°
Brown ground beef in a cast and iron skillet and drain excess grease
Add cream cheese and stir until melted, add beef broth, heavy whipping cream, Braggs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper
Ring to boil and cook under medium heat until mixture thickens, then reduce heat and simmer.
Once the beef mixture thickens add the green beans and then add cheese on top
Bake for 25 minutes
