Ingredients

  • (360 ml/ 12 fl oz) 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder/Dutch-process cocoa powder (16 g/ 0.6 oz)
  • 4 tbsp powdered Swerve/Erythritol (40 g/ 1.4 oz)
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract/pinch of vanilla powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 10 drops of liquid Stevia

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place all of the ingredients, and using a hand mixer, beat on high until it gets light and fluffy.
  2. Transfer to a container(lidded) and freeze for THIRTY-FIVE minutes.
  3. Scoop into glasses and serve.
  4. Freeze for up to 3 months.
