
INGREDİENTS
- 2 tbsp. canola oil or sesame oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- A ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 small head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 200g mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- DİRECTİONS
- Heat the canola oil / sesame oil in a pot over low-medium heat
- Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and cabbage. Stir well and cook for about 3-4 minutes or unil the cabbage becomes soft
- Then, add the chopped mushrooms and spring onion and let everything cook for another minute
- After about 1 minute add all of the other ingredients (salt, flour, dark soy sauce, apple cider vinegar,brown sugar). Give it a good stir and cook for 5 minutes
- Add a bit more salt if needed and start filling your dumplings
