INGREDİENTS

  • 2 tbsp. canola oil or sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • A ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 small head of cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 200g mushrooms  finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • DİRECTİONS
  • Heat the canola oil / sesame oil in a pot over low-medium heat
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and cabbage. Stir well and cook for about 3-4 minutes or unil the cabbage becomes soft
  • Then, add the chopped mushrooms and spring onion and let everything cook for another minute
  • After about 1 minute add all of the other ingredients (salt, flour, dark soy sauce, apple cider vinegar,brown sugar). Give it a good stir and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add a bit more salt if needed and start filling your dumplings
