Ingredients

1 cup (240g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup (225g) low-fat cottage cheese, blended until smooth
2 scoops (60g) vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp powdered sweetener or powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 cup light whipped topping (such as light whipped topping or homemade whipped cream)
Cherry Topping
1 can (21 oz/595g) no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
or
2 cups fresh sweet cherries, pitted
1–2 tbsp cherry preserves (optional, for extra glossy drizzle)
Graham Cracker Crumble
4 graham cracker sheets, crushed
1 tbsp melted light butter
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend the Cottage Cheese

Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Using a hand mixer, beat together:

Softened cream cheese
Greek yogurt
Blended cottage cheese
Vanilla protein powder
Powdered sweetener
Vanilla extract
Lemon juice
Salt

Mix until thick and silky smooth.

  1. Fold in the Whipped Topping

Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

  1. Assemble

Spread the cheesecake fluff into a serving bowl.

Top with:

Spoonfuls of cherry pie filling
Whole cherries arranged across the top
A light drizzle of cherry syrup
Graham cracker crumble scattered over the surface
