Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Dave’s Killer Sprouted Bread
  • 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic hummus
  • 2-3 slices of onion
  • 2-3 slices of tomato
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • A handful of arugula sprouts

Instructions:

  1. Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the two slices of Dave’s Killer Sprouted Bread to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. Spread the Hummus: Spread 1 tablespoon of roasted garlic hummus on each slice of bread.
  3. Add the Onion: Place the onion slices evenly on one of the hummus-covered slices of bread.
  4. Layer the Tomato: Add the tomato slices on top of the onion.
  5. Add the Avocado: Arrange the avocado slices on top of the tomato.
  6. Top with Arugula Sprouts: Finish by adding a handful of arugula sprouts on top of the avocado.
  7. Assemble the Sandwich: Place the second slice of bread on top, hummus side down, to complete the sandwich.
  8. Serve: Cut the sandwich in half if desired and enjoy!
