- 2 slices of Dave’s Killer Sprouted Bread
- 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic hummus
- 2-3 slices of onion
- 2-3 slices of tomato
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- A handful of arugula sprouts
Instructions:
- Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the two slices of Dave’s Killer Sprouted Bread to your desired level of crispiness.
- Spread the Hummus: Spread 1 tablespoon of roasted garlic hummus on each slice of bread.
- Add the Onion: Place the onion slices evenly on one of the hummus-covered slices of bread.
- Layer the Tomato: Add the tomato slices on top of the onion.
- Add the Avocado: Arrange the avocado slices on top of the tomato.
- Top with Arugula Sprouts: Finish by adding a handful of arugula sprouts on top of the avocado.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Place the second slice of bread on top, hummus side down, to complete the sandwich.
- Serve: Cut the sandwich in half if desired and enjoy!
