Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Meatloaf
In a large bowl combine:
Ground beef
Ground turkey
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
Eggs
Whey protein
Parmesan
Onion
Bell pepper
Garlic

Shape into a slightly domed loaf similar to the picture.
Smooth the top.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth.
Step 5: Add the Glaze
Remove the meatloaf.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Add the Cheese
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the meatloaf.
Bake another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
