I used:

-12.5 oz can or chunk chicken breast

– 2 tablespoons of Parmesan

– 2 tablespoons of Mozzarella

– 1 large egg

-Creole Seasoning

Drain the chicken and squeeze in a clean towel or cheesecloth to remove moisture.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Line an airfryer basket with parchment paper, form 10 equally sized nuggets and lay them out.

Air fry for 15 mins at 350, flipping halfway through. Cook times may vary so check often.

For 10 nuggets:

Approximately 456 calories and 3g net carbs

I ate mine with yellow mustard.
