Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli: Cook and shred the chicken breast. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Cheesy Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: a. In the prepared casserole dish, layer half of the shredded chicken. b. Top the chicken with half of the blanched broccoli florets. c. Spread half of the cheesy sauce over the broccoli and chicken. d. Repeat the layers with the remaining chicken, broccoli, and cheesy sauce.
  5. Bake: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped fresh parsley. Let it rest for a few minutes before servin
