  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced

  • 8-10 thin slices of deli ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped spinach, diced ham, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay a slice of deli ham on a clean work surface. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture over the ham slice.
  5. Roll up the ham slice tightly, making sure that the cheese mixture is well enclosed.
  6. Repeat with remaining ham slices and cheese mixture.
  7. Place the rolled-up ham slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll-up.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
