Ingredients:-
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz. pork roll or Canadian bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:-
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender but still slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the diced pork roll or Canadian bacon and cook until it starts to crisp up.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until it’s melted and smooth.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring until it’s completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Combine Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce:
- In a baking dish, mix the cooked cauliflower with the cheese sauce until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Bake:
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese (if using) over the cauliflower mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Serve:
- Once done, remove the Cauliflower Mac & Cheese from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot…..
