Blue Milk

  • ½ dragon fruit
  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • ⅛ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • blue food dye (a few drops)

Green Milk

  • ⅛ honeydew
  • 2 apple slices
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup spinach
  • ½ cup rice milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blue Milk:

  1. Gather all the ingredients: ½ dragon fruit, ½ cup watermelon, ½ cup pineapple, 1½ cups coconut milk, 1 cup rice milk, ⅛ cup orange juice, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ cup sugar, and a few drops of blue food dye.
  2. Slice the dragon fruit, watermelon, and pineapple into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  3. In a blender, combine the sliced dragon fruit, watermelon, pineapple, coconut milk, rice milk, orange juice, vanilla extract, sugar, and a few drops of blue food dye.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  5. Once blended, pour the Blue Milk into glasses.

Green Milk:

  2. Slice the honeydew, apple, banana, and mango into smaller pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine the sliced honeydew, apple slices, banana, mango, coconut milk, spinach, rice milk, orange juice, and sugar.
