One of my favorite lunches, air fried bang bang shrimp with cauliflower rice, avocado and green onions.

I used steamable cauliflower rice (not the best option I know), drizzled some olive oil on the shrimp, seasoned with old bay and garlic powder. Air fried at 400° 5 minutes each side. The sauce is 1/3 cup Mayo, 2 tbsp of siracha, 1 tbsp of coconut aminos, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Hope this helps 🙂
