°1 pound (453.59 g) crab legs

°4 tablespoons (56 g) melted unsalted butter

°3 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)

°1-2 tsp (4g-8g) Creole seasoning

°1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) lemon juice

°1 tablespoon (3 g) of chopped chives or parsley

°Lemon wedges for serving

*How to make 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, and when ready to cook, cut the crab legs in half so that the crab meat is visible. Skip knife and use kitchen shears or scissors to do this. You’ll thank me later Place the crab legs in an oven-safe skillet or on a baking sheet, and add the butter, garlic, and Creole seasoning in a small bowl. Microwave for a minute.

Lift and add lemon juice.  Mix well, brush the crab butter mixture over the crab legs – reserving any excess To serve, place crab legs in preheated oven for 5 min Sprinkle with parsley or chives and serve immediately with the rest of the sauce and/or lemon wedges to squeeze over the meat
