Another Fav for breakfast…
1/3 cup Quick Oats (uncooked)
2 tbsp Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder or PB2.
1/2 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp or less to taste Sweetener
1 sliced banana
2 tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
Mix oats, protein powder/PB2, yogurt and sweetener together.
Top with sliced banana & chocolate syrup.
Yummy dessert for breakfast
