Indulge in the flavors of pizza bowls while keeping it Weight Watchers-friendly. Here’s a modified recipe:


1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken (substitute for hot Italian sausage)
Keto/low-carb marinara sauce (look for low-sugar options)
Turkey pepperoni (use turkey or chicken pepperoni for lower SmartPoints)
Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to your desired spice level)
Sautéed onions
Sautéed green peppers
Sautéed mushrooms (optional)
Sliced banana pepper rings (optional)
Sliced black olives (optional)

In a non-stick skillet, brown the lean ground turkey or chicken until fully cooked. Ensure it’s well-drained and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the lean ground turkey or chicken with all the sautéed vegetables, turkey pepperoni, and a keto/low-carb marinara sauce. Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.

Preheat your oven’s broiler.

Spray individual-sized oven-safe bowls or ramekins with cooking spray.

Add about a tablespoon of the marinara sauce to the bottom of each bowl.

Fill each bowl with the mixture prepared in step 2.

Top each bowl with a modest amount of reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, being mindful of portion control for Weight Watchers.

Place the bowls under the broiler and broil until the cheese is hot, bubbly, and lightly browned.
