Air Fryer Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrot slices
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 cup baby corn (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Veggies: Wash and dry all vegetables. Cut them into bite-sized pieces if needed.
  2. Season: In a large bowl, toss the veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes. Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook: Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Serve: Check for doneness and serve immediately as a healthy side dish or snack.
