300 g large or jumbo-sized shrimp
1 medium onion
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the bell peppers and onions into thin slices and transfer to a bowl.
- Clean and devein the shrimp and place them in another bowl
- Drizzle olive oil on the peppers and onions, add 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and mix to combine.

After the first 5 minutes of cooking, stir the peppers and onions, then add the shrimp on the peppers and onions in a single layer. Cook for an additional 6 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
