For the Salmon Meatballs:
- 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed and cut into chunks π

- Water, to thin as needed π§

π For the Air Fryer Salmon Meatballs:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 3β5 minutes. π₯
- In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped β donβt over-blend! π
- In a mixing bowl, combine salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1.5 inches each). You should get around 12β14 balls. π§
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or use a parchment liner.
- Place meatballs in a single layer (donβt overcrowd!). You may need to cook in batches. π₯
